We are confident that you will love your items but if you change your mind then you have 14 days to send them back.
Depending on stock availability, we are happy to exchange items returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If we are unable to provide an exchange, we can offer store credit.
We will process a full refund by the same method used to make the payment. To do so, please ensure the items are clean, unworn and in their original packaging and tags attached. We are unable to refund shipping fees.
Please note, that returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty upon delivery. The condition of all goods is recorded before orders are dispatched. We do not accept any responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if the wash instructions have not been followed.
Please note any item thats been custom embroidered or has been made-to-measure are non-returnable.
We do not offer returns for our products bought in-store or through another platform.
