Order Terms for Scrunchies
  • Minimum per Colour: 5 pieces per colour.
  • Production Time: Orders of 100 scrunchies or fewer are made to order and typically ready within 18 days.
  • Larger Orders: Orders over 100 scrunchies may require additional time. Please check in with us for a more accurate timeline.
  • Colour Availability: Occasionally, we may run out of certain colours. If this happens, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative.
  • Order Adjustments: In rare cases, your order may contain slightly fewer pieces than requested. If so, we will adjust the final invoice accordingly.
  • Invoicing: You’ll be invoiced once your order is complete and ready to send.
  • VAT: VAT is not included in listed prices and will be added to the final invoice.

All our products are made in London. We produce our stock in small quantities, typically ranging from five to ten pieces per production run. This approach helps us minimise shipping emissions and reduce waste from overproduction. By manufacturing locally, we can guarantee that the working conditions meet standards. We produce a percentage of our orders on a made-to-order basis.
 

We work with a diverse range of seamstresses with varied experience levels. We're passionate about nurturing young talent and fostering a collaborative atmosphere within our team.

The seamstresses we work with to produce our ready-to-wear have many years of experience in the production industry and handcraft all garments to ensure beautiful, high-quality standards.​
